PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of wiring work in kitchen construction work.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is provided with an electric shock electrode 25 placed at the openings of plural cabinets 18a-18d, 21a, 21b, 22a-22d, lead wires 39a-39d connecting the shock electrode 25 to a bus bar 26, a main power source for the bus bar 26, an operation switch for controlling loads (heat-cooker 19, ventilation hood 23 and lighting fixture 24), a subsidiary power source, a load-controlling apparatus 33 placed between the main and subsidiary power sources and the operation switch to vary the voltage level applied to the bus bar 26 by controlling the subsidiary power source upon reception of the signal of the operation switch. Signal transmission apparatuses 40a, 40b, 40c are placed between the bus bar 26 and the above loads to control the loads by detecting the variation of the voltage level between the bus bars 26.
