PURPOSE: To make piping work on the spot easy and save space for piping and the like for procuring living space wide.
CONSTITUTION: An upper panel member 1, a lower panel member 3 and a middle panel member 2 of a wall panel are provided. A vent duct 4 for ventilation, a water supply pipe 5 for water supply and a drain pipe 6 for drainage are also provided. These piping members are already fixed to a frame member with fixtures, when they are shipped from a factory, and directed toward a front side of respective connection ports 4a, 5a and 6a. A sink 7 is installed in a front part of the lower panel member 3 of the wall panel, and a height adjusting metal 18 connects the upper, middle and lower panel members 1, 2 and 3, and adjusts the height in the horizontal level and the like. The height adjusting metal 18 comprises a screw 18a, a support metal 18b and a nut 18c, all fixed to the respective panel members. An adjustor 19 fixes the wall panel. The wall panel can be also fixed to either a ceiling or a floor by moving up and down the adjustor 19.
