Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat, dry, and process the kitchen garbage within a storage container after avoiding the adverse influence by abnormality, even in case that abnormality occurs in a part of the heating and drying processing means of a kitchen garbage processor.
SOLUTION: The kitchen garbage within a tank 11 is heated, dried, and processed, by heating it by a tank heater 12 and a hot blast heater 46 while agitating it by rotating an agitating member 20 by an agitating motor 31. At this time, in case that abnormality occurs in each heater 12 and 46 or a motor 31, the working control of other heaters 12 and 46 or the motor 31 is continued and the heating and drying processing of the kitchen garbage is continued, after stopping the working control of the heater 12 and 46 or the motor 31 where abnormality occurs. In this case, in the case of having stopped the working control of some heater 12 and 46, the quantity of agitation per time of kitchen garbage by the agitating member 20 is made small.
