Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen grease filter that is excellent in handleability and has a sufficient grease collection performance and cleanability.SOLUTION: The kitchen grease filter comprises a filter body 11 and a frame body. The filter body 11 includes a metallic porous body having a three-dimensional network structure and having a first principal surface and a second principal surface positioned opposite the first principal surface. The frame body holds the filter body 11. The filter body 11 has a first filter layer 11a, a second filter layer 11b, and a third filter layer 11c which are laminated from the first principal surface side to the second principal surface side. The bore diameter in the three-dimensional network structure of the second filter layer 11b is smaller than those in the three-dimensional network structures of the first filter layer 11a and the third filter layer 11c.
