The kitchen range is provided with an exhaust outlet provided on the rear side of a kitchen range body, the duct communicating with the outlet disposed on the wall face of the body and the catalyst having a flat shape and covering the outlet and an outer face or an inner face of the body wall face near the outlet, wherein the area of the catalyst is larger than an opening area of the outlet.
