To provide a kitchen refuse disposer which is simple in structure, can inhibit the emission of odor, and is capable of installing indoor in spite of having a drier.

There is provided a kitchen refuse disposer comprising a chamber 1 for holding and drying refuse, a heater 7 for drying the refuse in the chamber 1, a condensation section 9 for removing the moisture from the gas produced from the refuse, and a section 12 for deodorizing the gas, wherein a drain pipe 15 having a holding space with a certain or larger volume and a definite shape is provided between the section 12 and the atmospheric air so as to return the gas in the pipe 15 to the section 12 upon a change in the pressure in the chamber 1 to attain an enhanced deodorizing effect.
