Abstract:
To provide a kitchen structure effective in both of natural lighting and smoke emission by setting a lighting position and a ventilating position high.
This kitchen structure is characterized in having a face-to-face kitchen set 3 having heating appliances 3a, a storage appliance 5 installed along a wall face 4 in contact with the outside of the back of the face-to-face kitchen set 3 across almost whole length of the wall face 4, and a glass window 9 disposed on the wall face at a position higher than the upper end of the storage appliance 5 and disposed its upper end close to a ceiling surface 2.
