Abstract:
PURPOSE: To lower the tendency for foodstuff to stick to the surface by forming bosses which are distributed irregularly on the surface coming into contact with foodstuff and which have round tops separated by cavities, and by applying a non-sticking coating on the surface. CONSTITUTION: The kitchenware is a cooker 25 such as a frying pan and a boss 13 having a round top separated by a cavity 14, is installed. The boss 13 is distributed irregularly on the surface 26 which forms the bottom of the container 25, that is, the cooker. The cubic volume that the cavity 14 occupies is established smaller than that the boss 13 occupies. The height of the boss 13 on the surface 26 is made to be 0.01 mm-0.2 mm and the height of the boss is different in a specific region. The bottom of the container 25 consists of a metallic, preferably aluminum plate 20 and the surface 26 of the plate 20 is covered with a non-sticking coating 21 such as polytetrafluoroethylene type coating.
