Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen tool (container) preventing a food ingredient to become a causative substance of food allergy from remaining in a marginal part by washing after cooking, and simple production means for the same.SOLUTION: A container-like kitchen tool which includes a planar bottom 1 (or lid part), a peripheral surface part 2 raised from the bottom 1 (or lid part), and a marginal part 3 provided at the edge of the peripheral surface part 2 is such that: the peripheral surface part 2 is formed through spinning-drawing processing; an edge corresponding to the marginal part 3 is not subjected to spinning processing so as to leave as the marginal part 3; a thickness of the marginal part 3 is nearly the same as that of the bottom 1, and thicker than a thickness of the peripheral surface part 2; and the bottom 1 and the peripheral surface part 2 are formed of one metal plate together followed by forming in a container shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
