PURPOSE: To reproducing the superficial condition of a natural wood by printing grain on a plastic film on the basis of the picture photographed of grain, and making a female mold by the use of the door of natural wood, and besides, molding a laminated board of a plastic film and a plastic board through the female mold.

CONSTITUTION: A door 20 with grain is formed in use of natural wood, and the printed surface 50 of an acrylic film 48 printed with the grain of the door 20 and a plastic board 14 are heat-pressed by the use of press hot plates 60a,60b, and the acrylic film 48 is laminated and adhered to the plastic board 14. On the other hand, the door 20 is put in a mold 70, and silicon rubber 72 is poured thereinto so as to form a silicon recessed mold 74, and gypsum is cast, and then cured, into the recessed part of the silicon recessed mold 74 in order to a gypsum protrusion mold 80 having a protruding part 78. Repeating the molding work of the gypsum protrusion mold 82 and the recessed mold 84 several times, a molded female mold 86 is attached to a vacuum molding machine, and the plastic board 14 is clamped on the female mold 86, and when the air within the female mold 86 is excluded form small perforations while heating them, the laminated plastic board 14 of the acrylic film 48 is molded.
