PURPOSE: To lighten the burden of a worker and to improve the safety by disposing a table plate on the top surface of a cabinet in such a manner as to freely rotate.

CONSTITUTION: The figure 5 indicates a fixed cabinet, and a table plate 9 is disposed on the top surface thereof through a rotor 6, a rotary support portion 7 and a rotary driving portion 8 in such a manner as to freely rotate horizontally. The figure 10 is a guard member disposed in the outer peripheral edge portion of the table plate 9, which is fixed to the cabinet 5 through a space T from the outer peripheral edge 9a of the table plate 9. The figure 12 is a sink, and 13 is a hot plate. Thus, the travel of a worker can be reduced so as to lighten the work burden. Furthermore, since the guard member is fixed on the outer peripheral edge portion of the table plate through a space from the peripheral edge portion of the table plate, during the rotation of the table plate, the body of a worker can be protected with the guard action of the guard member.
