Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control means for eliminating scorching of a garbage treating system. SOLUTION: The garbage treating system comprises a means 5 for heating the lower section of a drying chamber 1 containing garbage, a means 6 for detecting temperature at the lower section of the drying chamber 1, and a second lower section temperature detecting means 18 fixed slightly above the lower section temperature detecting means 6. When at least one of temperatures detected by the lower section temperature detecting means 6 and the second lower section temperature detecting means 18 reaches a set level, the lower section heating means 5 is turned off. Since a time period when the lower section heating means 5 is turned on can be shortened, overshoot for the set temperature is suppressed and the refuse can be prevented from scorching.
