Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading apparatus which feeds a pressurized material to be fluidized while kneading it smoothly.
SOLUTION: A screw chamber 37 is formed by rotatably supporting a screw shaft 35 in a tubular outer cylinder arranged along the feed direction of the material to be fluidized. A feed part 26 for the member to be fluidized communicating with the screw chamber 37 is formed at one end of the outer cylinder. The screw shaft at the side of the other end of the outer cylinder is connected to a driving motor 33. The one end side of the outer cylinder and the terminal of the one end side of the screw shaft are supported by an inlet bearing provided with a dust seal. A fluid pressure sealing part 39 is provided at the screw shaft at the side of the other end of the outer cylinder, and the screw chamber 37 is enclosed.
