Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knife and blade polishing device of simple, inexpensive structure without using two-piece structure formed of two independent members.
SOLUTION: A comb-type structure body 10 with a plurality of groove parts 14 formed to be the opening faces and a plurality of tooth parts 12 formed being covered with polishing material is bent to form the intermittent polishing surface 24 extended intermittently crosswise and positioned at the apex of the X-shape structure body. A long-sized object to be polished is brought into contact with the intermittent polishing surface 24 and moved, and this action is alternately repeated to polish the long-sized object.
