A knitted fabric with a frill comprises a base fabric, a frill fabric provided on a main surface of the base fabric with a necessary stage number to form a double relationship with the base fabric, and a binding portion binding to overlap the base fabric with one end of the frill fabric. The warp yarn at another end of the frill fabric is moved into an opposed side of the base fabric, and is connected into the binding portion at the next stage through pullup warp yarn knitted into the moved first warp yarn.
