Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an expander/holder having a pair of presser hands to reliably hold the expanded knitting fabric.
CONSTITUTION: In a knitting fabric expander/holder 1 wherein presser hands 7 and 8 are supported with the intermediary of parallel motion mechanisms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, on either side of a main body 2 linked to an elevator mechanism, elastic elements 11, 12 are provided to energize the presser hands 7, 8 so that they may come nearer to each other.
