This table stand has a U-shaped outer strut leg, a first supporting part formed on the curved part of the outer strut leg, a first horizontal strut jointed with the first supporting part rotatably, an inner strut leg having two strut legs each of which is close to the inside of one of the two strut legs facing each other of the outer strut leg, a protruding part formed on the curved part of the inner strut leg, a second supporting part formed on the protruding part, and a second horizontal strut jointed with the second supporting part rotatably. The outer strut leg and the second strut leg are jointed by a rotation spindle which pivots two close strut legs rotatably. The first horizontal strut and the second horizontal strut are jointed slidably in a nesting state.
