Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock-type writing instrument which has a simpler structure and a larger degree-of-freedom of design.SOLUTION: An engagement hole 63 is arranged on a lateral face of a knock body 22. The engagement hole 63 is so formed as to be concaved. A clip 23 is supported by a support part 81 which projects from an external surface of a barrel 21, and is so formed as to have a shape which respectively extends from the support part 81 to both end sides of the barrel 21. By an elastic force which is applied to the clip 23 and is pressure-contacted to an outer peripheral surface of the barrel 21, a clip end 82, which is a tip on a pen point 101 side, of a tip of the clip 23 is pressed onto a lateral face of the barrel 21, and a holding end 83, which is a tip of the knock body 22 side, of the tip of the clip 23 is pressed onto the lateral face of the knock body 22. A projection 83a, which is so projected as to face the lateral face of the knock body 22 and has a shape to be fitted into the engagement hole 63, is formed at the holding end 83 of the clip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
