The lateral length of the shelf board 3 is about 180 cm, and the longitudinal length is 30 cm. The article storage box 4 has a taking in and out port 5 in front, and has a back plate in a rear part. The longitudinal length 2L in a front view of the article storage box 4, is set to two times the short directional length L.
