Three rod bodies 1, 2, 3, and a pair of fixing plates 4, 5 having oval through holes in which the rod bodies 1, 2, 3 can be inserted are provided, so the fixing plates 4, 5 are set with their back surfaces directed to each other, and with the three rod bodies 1, 2, 3 respectively inserted into the three through holes in each fixing plate. The three rod bodies 1, 2, 3 cross each other, their crossing parts are positioned between the fixing plates, each crossing part is positioned between the fixing plates, and each rod body is engaged with the related through holes in the fixing plates 4, 5, so they are assembled in such a way that parts of the rod bodies 1, 2, 3 enlarged downward from the lower fixing plate 5 functions as three legs 8a-8c, and that parts of them enlarged upward from the upper fixing plate 4 function as three support arms 9a-9c.
