To provide a knockdown assembling table capable of being easily assembled firmly enough to eliminate the fear of tilting of a top plate and disassembled so that even a chile or woman can carry it by mutually fitting members.

This table has a base part 1 having two vertical plate-like leg plate members 11 and 12, and the top plate 2 placed on the base part 1. Each of the leg plate members 11 and 12 has a groove 14 or 15 having a groove width equal to or substantially equal to the plate thickness of the other leg plate member 11 or 12, which is provided downward from the upper edge or upward from the lower edge. By inserting each leg plate member 11 or 12 to the groove of the other leg plate member 11 or 12, whereby the leg plate members 11, 12 are assembled across in a plan view. A projection 16 protruded to the other is formed on either one of the upper surface of at least one leg plate member 11 or 12 and the lower surface of the top plate 2, and a recessed part 21 for fitting the projection is formed on the other. The top plate 2 is positioned on the base part 1 by fitting the projection to the recessed part.
