To provide a new knockdown table which is easy to assemble and disassemble, has a strength necessary for usage as a table and a structure efficient for cutting out the parts.

A knockdown table 1A of the present invention comprises: a top board 2; and a pair of leg plates 3. The top board 2 comprises: a top board body 21; and a leg receiving plate 22 placed on the bottom surface of the top board body 21. The leg receiving plate 22 has a leg receiving groove 23 to be engaged with the leg plate 3. Each of the leg plates 3 is formed as a single plate having a top board supporting part 3T and a leg supporting part 3B, the top board supporting part 3T has a leg receiving plate engagement edge 31 to be engaged with the leg receiving groove 23, at the upper part, and a coupling slit 32 is formed at the center of the top board supporting part 3T to couple the leg plates 3, which forms a leg assembly 30 with four legs in total. A boring part 35 is formed between a pair of leg supporting parts 3B of each of the leg plates 3. The blank material cut out from the boring part 35 is used as the leg receiving plate 22 of the top board 2.
