Abstract:

To provide a cutter, which is constructed of plural parts including a cutting edge which can cut newspaper and magazines partly, so as to eliminate the inconvenience of bringing a scissors, knife, and even writing instruments every time doing so, and even a ball point cartridge, and which can record immediately after the operation.

A cartridge 2 whose end is formed into a needle shape to serve as a cutting edge 1 is inserted into a front outer tube 8 and fixed by a screw 7, and this cutter can be used by operation of either a knocking button 4 or both the knocking button 4 and a push button and can record by using a ball- point cartridge in addition to them, and either cutting or recording can be selected by means of the knocking button 4.
