Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a knotted multilayered textile for a structural composite material applied for production of a part receiving a large stress and/or impact and composed of the composite material.
SOLUTION: This knotted multilayered textile for a structural composite material is obtained by carrying out a basic weaving comprising twenty eight wefts alternatively distributed plied four threads and three threads to eight rows C1-C8 and further arranged on seven levels N1-N7 in a five-point shape on the one side, and twelve warps 29-40 arranged in four parallel faces so that each face includes three plied parallel warps on the other side. In each face, the warps knot upper terminal warps 1, 8, 15, 22 with intermediate wefts, and the intermediate wefts with the lower terminal wefts 4, 11, 18, 25.
