To provide a knowledge graph generation device capable of generating a knowledge graph without asking a user for an answer.SOLUTION: A knowledge graph generation device includes: an input/output unit 120 that acquires a frame image containing a plurality of objects; a caption generation unit 102 that generates a caption representing relationship between two objects among the plurality of objects; and a knowledge graph generation unit 104 that extracts relationship between two entities corresponding to the two objects from the caption, and generates a knowledge graph consisting of the two entities and the extracted relationship.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
