Abstract:
To provide a knowledge information creation assistance device, a program, and a knowledge information creation assistance system, which can reduce a load of creating knowledge information such as FAQ and the like to be created from past response histories.SOLUTION: In a computer system to which a knowledge information creation assistance device is applied, the knowledge information creation assistance device 100 performs processing for deleting an unnecessary spoken sentence other than a question or performs processing for extracting a spoken sentence related to the question from a plurality of response histories with respect to the response histories including input questions, and performs grouping processing for forming a plurality of question groups based on a predetermined classification model using a result of the processing. The knowledge information creation assistance device displays group information for each question group on a question group creation screen of a manager terminal 350, with respect to the question group selected on the question group creation screen, receives input from a creator and controls so as to generate the knowledge information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
