To provide a KOTATSU (foot warmer with quilt cover) capable of solving a problem in a conventional KOTATSU where the quilt cover is placed on an intermediate top plate with legs, and a top plate is placed on the quilt cover, that the quilt cover easily moves to one side when one end of the quilt cover is pulled, whereby a space is left between an edge of the quilt cover and a floor.

The quilt cover is held between the intermediate top plate with the legs and the top plate placed thereon, and connecting members are inserted into holes formed on the quilt cover to fix the intermediate top plate and the top plate through the connecting members.
