Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the efficient and low cost filling of a concrete in an enclosed space, the major portion of which is enclosed.
SOLUTION: Under the condition that the self-filling height or the vibrating filling height by an U-shape filling testing method of a concrete, the slump flow of which is 30 to 55 cm and the bleeding ratio of which is 1.0% or less, is employed as the management index of an execution, the concrete is placed through one or a plurality of concrete casting ports 20 in the enclosed space E of a steel shell structural body 17 such as a composite structure caisson. By being properly shaken with a rod-like vibrating body inserted through each casting port 20, the above concrete is filled in the enclosed space E.
