The present invention relates to an LED lighting apparatus comprising a high power LED driving circuit, and more particularly to a high power LED lighting apparatus which comprises a power factor compensating unit capable of supplying a stabilized driving voltage to LED drive ICs that control a plurality of light emitting groups, each comprising a plurality of LEDs, such that the plurality of light emitting groups are sequentially driven according to the voltage level of the driving voltage.
