Abstract:
To provide an LED including perovskite quantum dots subjected to halogen anion exchange with an aryl ammonium salt for a purpose of developing high-efficiency, long-life perovskite quantum dot LEDs, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The LED includes: an electrode formed on a substrate; and a light-emitting layer composed of perovskite quantum dots exchanged with one or a plurality of halogen anion salts. The LED includes the perovskite quantum dots subjected to halogen anion exchange with an aryl ammonium halogen salt.SELECTED DRAWING: None
