PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise propagated to an input power supply line of an LED power supply circuit using a DC-DC conversion circuit, and to improve a lightning surge performance.SOLUTION: An LED power supply circuit comprises: an input filter circuit; a diode bridge DB connected to the input filter circuit; a smoothing capacitor C3 connected to an output of the diode bridge DB, smoothing a pulsating voltage, and having a capacity of 1 μF or less; a DC-DC conversion circuit connected to both ends of the smoothing capacitor C3; and an LED light-emission part 2 connected to an output of the DC-DC conversion circuit. Capacitors C11 and C12 are connected in series between input power supply lines provided between a line filter LF and the diode bridge DB, and a capacitor C13 is inserted between a connection midpoint of the capacitors C11 and C12 and an earth FG. A total capacity between the input power supply line and the earth FG is set to 1/200 or less of the capacity of the smoothing capacitor C3.
