To respond to various conditions susceptible to insufficient gasification of LPG to surely gasify the LPG with reduced power consumption and in a short time and thereby to improve low-temperature startability, in a heat exchanger gasifying the LPG by heating.
In the heat exchanger 2, a PTC heater 24c is used as a heat source for gasifying the LPG by heating, and wall bodies 22c, 22d are disposed between heat exchanger plates 24d, 24e, which are overlapped with both surfaces of the PTC heater 24c, with a predetermined space. The LPG flowing in the heat exchanger is regulated to flow along approximately overall heat transfer faces of the heat exchanger plates 24d, 24e, and thereby the LPG is surely gasified with high efficiency.
