Abstract:

To enable a label to be automatically attached to a mat at a prescribed interval.

A rush-weaving machine constituted so that the mat (20) is woven by arranging rush-feeding devices (2 and 3) at the side parts of a weaving machine body (1) and weaving the mat (20) by the rush (G) fed from the rush- feeding devices (2 and 3) to the weaving machine body (1) has a length- measuring device (21) for measuring the length of the woven mat (20), a label- attaching device (23) for attaching the label (22) to the woven mat (20) by inserting the label (22) between neighboring rushes (G and G) installed in the weaving machine body (1). The label-attaching device (23) is regulated so that when it is detected by the length-measuring device (21) that the mat (20) having a prescribed length is woven, the label-attaching device (23) may be operated so as to insert the label (22) between the neighboring rushes (G and G).
