PURPOSE: To retain a duplicate, a record by hand writing on a label capable of reading from an outside without easily releasing.

CONSTITUTION: The upper surface of the label cut form 10 is adhered to an inside surface of a transparent window glass so as to be visually seen from an outside surface. An information part 19 may be printed on the upper surface of the label. The upper surface of the label has an own-image type material, and a release sheet 20 and the upper surface of the label are covered with an adhering adhesive. It is transferred to the upper surface by a writing pressure applied to the sheet. The label has a half-ticket part 12 adhered to a superposing region between the label parts with the adhesive to become a part of the cut form 10. A sew line 6 is provided near the superposed region to be easily separated at the part 11 from the half-ticket part 12.
