Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for forming labels in which labels in an irregular form sufficiently usable can be formed even when the cutting position is a little misaligned in the process of forming the labels with an irregular form out of a heat sensitive adhesive film. SOLUTION: The base material 1 for forming labels is composed of irregular labels 10 and connecting part 20 in which the irregular labels 10 to be adhered to the outer surfaces of bottle containers are continuously connected through the connecting part 20. The base material 1 is formed out of a heat sensitive adhesive film prepared by laminating a transparent heat sensitive adhesive resin layer on the back face of a transparent film. The connecting part 20 is formed in a rectangle with about 3 mm width in the straight line part of the side edges of the irregular labels 10 adjacent to each other. The part of the base material 1 corresponding to the irregular label 10 has a printing layer on the top or back face of the transparent film, while the part corresponding to the connecting part 20 has no printing layer.
