Abstract:
To provide a label issuance device capable of issuing a plurality of mountless labels on top of each other while being shifted by a prescribed distance in the label length direction (the label carrying direction) with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A label issuance device issues mountless labels by sending out mountless label paper having an adhesive surface on one side and a printing surface on the other side and cutting it into sheets via a cutting part. The label issuance device comprises a label issuance part for issuing sheet-shaped mountless labels from a label issuance port, a carrying part configured to allow one or more mountless label issued from the label issuance port to be placed thereon and capable of carrying the placed mountless label(s) along the label carrying direction, and a control part for executing control for carrying the mountless label on the carrying part with the carrying part so that a portion of the mountless label to be issued following the mountless label placed on the carrying part overlaps the mountless label that has been last placed on the carrying part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
