To provide a label manufacturing device configured to improve efficiency of manufacture, to eliminate the need for the stripper processing of a web which is complicated and large in burden in terms of economy by avoiding the generation of a stripper of the web, and further to facilitate manufacturing a high quality label.

A label manufacturing device 1 comprises a whole-cloth pay-out section 2, a product inspection section 3, a cutting section 4 and an integrating section 5. In the product inspection section 3, first and second webs 6A, 6b are overlapped and sent out to the cutting section 4 as a complex body 11 which is obtained by overlapping the webs by a roll 34, in the cutting section 4, the complex body 11 is made to be orthogonal to a longitudinal direction by using a second rotary cutter 41 and a complex unit 13 which is cut in a width direction at each one unit 10 is formed, and the complex unit 13 is transferred to the integrating section 5 by a transfer means 45, and in the integrating section 5, the prescribed number of the complex bodies are integrated on the upper face of one pack sheet to form a label unit, and sent out to a succeeding process.
