To provide a compact label peeler which does not need a labor in a work for peeling off the label wrapped on a vessel such as a PET bottle or a bottle and can meet even the vessel having other sectional form than a circular sectional form and in which the vessel is freely treated without injuring a hand.

A body 3 of the label peeler 1 is fixed to a wall surface by a magnet 11. The vessel having the label is held by both hands. Under a state that the part of the label of the vessel is pressed to a circular blade 15 exposed from a slit 13 of a curved surface 5 of the body 3, the vessel is rotated. Thus, the circular blade 15 in contact with the vessel rotates, so that the label can be cut. When the label peeler 1 is not used, the circular blade 15 is retracted not to be exposed by a switching mechanism 19.
