To provide a label sheet for a lens-fitted photo film unit which facilitates formation of a pattern and letters.

An exposure unit in a lens-fitted photo film unit 3 is covered with a front cover 35 and a rear cover 36. The label sheet 4, together with the lens-fitted photo film unit 3, is enclosed in a packaging bag in a separate state. The label sheet 4 has been formed in a plane shape bendable along the surfaces of the front cover 35 and the rear cover 36. A blank space in which a pattern and letters can be written is left on the front face of the label sheet 4. After forming a pattern, etc., in the blank space, the label sheet 4 is stuck to a main body 3 of the unit. An adhesive layer has been located on the backside of the label sheet 4 and this adhesive layer adheres to the front cover 35 and the rear cover 36, whereby the label sheet 4 is attached to the lens-fitted photo film unit 3.
