Elastic bodies 43 and 44 are mounted on a sucking portion 42 of a suction drum 32. A first body label 12 and a cover label 14 are sucked to the first elastic body 43, and a second body label 13 is suck to the second elastic body 44. When the labels 12 to 14 reach a label sticking position, a unit body 11 is lifted and the elastic bodies 43 and 44 are pushed against the unit body 11. Since the first elastic body 43 is formed of a material more deformable than the second elastic body 44, pushing strength onto a surface of the unit body 11 becomes constant.
