Abstract:

To provide forgery preventing technique capable of achieving high forgery preventing efficiency.

This labeling element 10 is attached to the article and is used for checking whether the article is a true product or not, and is provided with a selection reflection layer generating selection reflection when white light as natural light is irradiated, and the labeling element 10 includes a transmissive range RT that the article positioned on a back surface side of the labeling element is seen through when being observed from a front surface side of the labeling element, and at least a part of the transmissive range RT generates selection reflection when the white light as the natural light is irradiated from the front surface side or the back surface side.
