A labelling machine (1) to paste the label (2) on a predetermined position of the workpiece (3) is equipped with a workpiece holding device (5) to hold the workpiece (3), a label pasting device (8) which holds the label (2) with a pasting head (52) arranged at the upper part of the workpiece (3) in an ascendable and descendable state and which presses and pastes the label (2) on a predetermined position of the workpiece (3) and an image recognition device (6) which recognizes a tilting angle of the label (2) held with a pasting head (52) of the label pasting device (8) and a tilting angle of the workpiece (3) held with the workpiece holding device (5), wherein the tilting angle of the label (2) held with the pasting head (52) can be adjusted in accordance with the tilting angles of the label (2) and the workpiece (3) recognized with the image recognition device (6) in the label pasting device (8).
