To remarkably reduce time, workload, and costs required for labor management and labor processing including personnel management and attendance management by a company.SOLUTION: A labor management device which manages attendance information of an employee and personnel information of a company to which the employee belongs and also which executes predetermined labor processing in accordance with a request provided from an external device includes: a storage part storing the attendance information, the personnel information, and labor processing information associating predetermined format data with a type of the labor processing; a reception part receiving a labor processing request; an acquisition part acquiring, from at least one of the required attendance information and the personnel information in accordance with the type of the labor processing, the format data associated with the type of the labor processing included in the labor processing request; a generation part generating output data required for the labor processing by use of at least one of the format data, the attendance information, and the personnel information; and an output part outputting the output data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
