The labor-saving type hole punch is provided with a base 10 including U-shaped support frames 12 each of which has a pair of side plates 131 and a positioning plate 16 connecting the side plates 131 on the upper face, long holes 133 formed on the side plates 131 and positioning holes 17 formed on the positioning plates 13; punch rods 15 vertically movably provided on the positioning holes 17; a pressing plate 40 having one end pivotally supported on the support frames 13; and upper and lower cooperatively operating rods 15, 20 used for connecting the base 10, the punch rods 15 and the pressing plate 40. One ends of the upper and lower cooperatively operating rods 15, 20 are movably pivotally supported on the long holes 133, respectively. The other end of the upper cooperatively operating rod 15 is pivotally supported on the pressing plate 40, and the other end of the lower cooperatively operating rod 20 is journaled to the side plate 131. The punch rods 15 are connected to predetermined positions at the center.
