Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lacquer ware which has an effect to keep foods fresh while retaining the inherent texture/beauty of Japanese lacquer and the other appearance.
SOLUTION: A microgranule obtained by crushing to pieces a ceramic carbon as a carbide produced by mixing an organic matter with a ceramic raw material and baking the mixture, is applied to the surface of a wooden basis 12 in the state that the microgranule is dispersed in the lacquer. The wooden basis 12 has a primary coat 14 and a top coat 18, each of which contains the lacquer mixed with the microgranule of the ceramic carbon. The average particle diameter of the microgranule of the ceramic carbon contained in the top coat 18 is smaller than the average particle diameter of the microgranule of the ceramic carbon of the primary coat 14.
