To provide a novel lacquered cloth and lacquered paper maintaining flexibility or plasticity, or a product containing the same.SOLUTION: As the present invention, for example, a lacquered cloth or lacquered paper obtained by applying lacquer to a surface of cloth or paper, wherein a layer of the cloth or paper and a layer of lacquer are laminated via a layer of wax, paraffin, or silicone. Lacquered cloth or lacquered paper according to the present invention can be mentioned.
