Strain (A) of a lactic acid bacterium that contains at least one of 8 specific nucleic acid sequences (I), i.e. (S1; 16032 bp); (S2; 906 bp); (S3; 1032 bp); (S4; 1140 bp); (S5; 810 bp); (S6; 750 bp); (S7; 435 bp) and (S8; 1452 bp); all defined in the specification. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) sequences (S1)-(S8) as new products; (2) nucleic acid (NA) that contains at least one of (S1)-(S8); (3) cloning and/or expression vector containing at least one of (S1)-(S8) or NA; (4) bacterial host (B) transformed with the vector of (3); (5) method for preparing (A) or (B); and (6) food or pharmaceutical product that contains (A) or (B).
