Abstract:

To provide a cooking utensil which can scoop softened food materials such as a fish boiled in broth without damaging the fish just by using one utensil, also can scoop the tasty broth together and remove scum.

A ladle part whose purpose is to keep the broth has a surrounding wall part that is open outward and curved at a constant height from the lowest point of a bottom point, a bottom face and the like in the vicinity of a center point. At this ladle part, an insertion guiding part which is made to be a plate-like shape so that it can be easily inserted underneath an object from the front upper part of the wall part is connected and provided, the lower wall part side is adjusted to the shape and a handle part is provided on the extension of it from the upper end of the wall part at a rear side. Also, a retaining hole is provided at the point properly so that the insertion guiding part that is not involved in the broth keeping may become a part having a retaining function to stop food materials and the scum from spilling over with the broth.
