Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a breader, containing undissolved lumps prepared by adding a batter liquid or water to a breader and capable of providing a coating having a voluminous feeling by use for the coating on a food for frying and maintaining crispiness for a long period even after the frying.
CONSTITUTION: A breader for undissolved lumps of a food for frying containing the undissolved lumps prepared by adding a batter liquid or water to the breader. Furthermore, the breader as a raw material preferably contains grain flours and/or starches as a chief raw material.
