Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lag screw which can fix only in one direction of the screw-in direction in a short time and can joint and disjoint a bone stably, securely, permanently, and easily with relatively small power.SOLUTION: In a structure for fixing a nail and a lag screw by screwing, a lag screw structure includes a drill cutting blade for hole processing for initial intrusion to a jointed bone part of the lag screw, and is capable of locking securely and permanently in any free motion of a body of a person to be operated after intrusion to the jointed bone.
